The company offers a fully integrated service — from design and production to installation, maintenance, and storage — with a strong focus on providing end-to-end convenience for its customers.
To support Ewal Technics’ next growth phase, the shareholders wanted to bring in a new owner who could support the company’s continued growth, professionalisation and expansion. This role will be taken on by Tone Tuerelinckx and Yannick Van den Wouwer, two experienced entrepreneurs acquiring the business through a management buy-in (MBI).
The entry of the new shareholders ensures the continuity of Ewal Technics and provides a solid foundation for further growth in the Flemish market.
