Current general manager of Versanico, Jan Denckens, acquired 100% of Versanico’s shares from Group Versmissen. SDM Corporate Finance Group assisted the various parties in this process.
Versanico specializes in central heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps. They work in both new construction and renovation projects, for individuals, industry and project developers. Versanico stands for quality and service, and has its own team of qualified and experienced professionals. The Turnhout-based company is now being taken over by Jan Denckens, who wants to work in the coming years on further expanding its strong name among industrial and private customers, as well as further focus on the maintenance of HVAC installations.
Groep Versmissen combines several Kempish companies under one organization. The Group Versmissen companies are all located in or around Turnhout, Kempen, and are active in general contracting, glass works, foundation techniques windows & doors and asbestos removal.
