Priority Software Ltd., a global leader in business management solutions, today announces its expansion through the acquisition of Optimize Group, a Belgian full-service ICT partner with over 1,000 clients across various industries.

Combined with Priority’s rapidly growing presence in Europe, this acquisition offers a unique opportunity to strengthen its regional infrastructure, experience and expertise, professional team, and helpdesk support.

Founded in 2003, Optimize has built a strong reputation as a dedicated long-term partner for leading organizations. Through its four business units—M-SOFT (solutions for the steel and metal industries), Jamadata (solutions for the beverage trade), DAVE/Just Software (Mac and Windows ERP for SMEs), and Optimize (professional services)—the group provides both standard and custom ERP solutions, as well as business software and optimization services. These include advanced Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM), e-commerce solutions and consulting.

Priority Software will preserve the strong regional reputation of Optimize. While it becomes the full owner, Optimize will continue to operate independently within the Priority structure. No changes will be made to the leadership or management team.

This acquisition follows previous Priority Software takeovers, including Acclivity (USA) in 2018, Monitin Information Systems’ ERP division (Israel) in 2017, and ERP services firm Performa Apps (USA) in 2016.

Andres Richter, CEO of Priority, states:
“This acquisition is the result of the synergy between our companies and our shared product vision—flexible and open. As we continue our global expansion, we are confident that, together with Optimize and our strengthened presence in Belgium, we can further grow in neighboring European markets. As an ambitious emerging player in the global ERP space, customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Our close collaboration will enhance the competitiveness of both organizations.”

Frank Volders, CEO of Optimize, adds:
“We are very pleased and excited about this new partnership with Priority. Thanks to this strong and innovative ERP platform, we can expand our offering and guide clients looking to migrate to the cloud or adopt new technologies. While we remain 100% committed to our Optimize clients, those looking to grow or scale can now benefit from Priority’s robust, flexible ERP solution.”

Paolo Senes, founder of Optimize, concludes:
“In Priority, we have found exactly the partner we were looking for—both in terms of vision and innovation. I am convinced that our company, our clients, and our team are in good hands. We also wish to thank SDM-Valorum for their advisory support throughout this transaction.”
