To realise its next phase of growth, Flora Facto has entered into a Smart Deal. Through this transaction, David and Hans remain the reference shareholders, but will be supported by strategic investors to further expand their market position. In addition to a strong focus on organic growth, complementary acquisitions will also be considered.
