BSX is an HVAC company based in Paal, founded in 2008 by Dennis Bosmans and Kris Smeuninx. Over the years, the company has grown to a turnover of €2 million and a team of 10 employees. Geographically, BSX is mainly active in its home region of Limburg, as well as Flemish Brabant and Antwerp.
Isola Belgium provides insulation and floor build-up solutions to its clients. With the acquisition of BSX, Isola Belgium brings in over 10 years of innovation and expertise in HVAC and renewable energy. All ten BSX employees, including the two founders, will immediately join the Isola Belgium team. BSX will continue to exist as a subsidiary with a refreshed logo and baseline.
“The way we build and renovate is changing rapidly. Insulating a house, apartment, business premises or project is no longer enough to ensure comfort. Heating, cooling and ventilating using renewable energy is the logical next step – one that we can now offer via our subsidiary BSX,” says Kim Strauven, CEO of Isola Belgium.
Maarten Bostyn, managing director of Isola Belgium, will focus on strategy and future opportunities for the group.
