Sector partners BOFIDI and Taccx Partners are entering into a collaboration. This allows additional services to be further developed and increases the geographical presence of both companies. The objective is to further improve the quality of services.
Based on a common ambition to grow and offer entrepreneurs more and better services, sector partners BOFIDI and Taccx Partners are entering into a close collaboration. After all, both companies consider it important to be a trusted advisor and sounding board for entrepreneurs.
The collaboration results in an increase in scale of the additional services that BOFIDI has developed in recent years: payroll service, tax advice, legal advice and business consulting. In turn, Taccx Partners will have the opportunity to offer its clients an additional range of services. This will result in internal staff being able to specialize even more in a particular area, thus increasing quality for clients.
“In our aim to support our clients as much as possible, the cooperation with BOFIDI is a huge opportunity,” said Joost Vandecruys, co-owner of Taccx Partners. “BOFIDI’s broad range of services will take the cooperation with our clients to a higher level.” In addition, this collaboration also offers geographical advantages. “Whereas BOFIDI is mainly present in the major economic centers of Flanders (with offices in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Halle, Hasselt, Leuven and Zoersel), Taccx Partners focuses on presence in Antwerp and the Antwerp Kempen region (with offices in Wommelgem, Zandhoven, Westerlo and Berlaar),” echoes Johan Peeters, CEO & Partner of BOFIDI. “Together we are densifying our presence, which also offers advantages on the labor market. New employees will be able to work closer to home.”
In a second phase, both companies will explore what internal economies of scale are possible. For example, BOFIDI and Taccx Partners will look at the possibility of working with common software and billing platforms and offering common training for employees. This will lead to greater efficiency for clients.
Within this partnership, BOFIDI and Taccx Partners will retain their name and visual identity.
