SDM guides Kovera in search for strong partner to further sustain growth

Kovera was founded by Maurice Koenig in 1965 in Hulshout and has since become a reference in the production of custom kitchens. The company currently employs about 90 people, with branches in Geel, Hulshout, Sint-Joris-Winge and Heist-op-den-Berg. A branch in Antwerp is planned for 2023.  On the one hand, Kovera serves the private market and on the other, it supplies promoters, construction companies and project developers in the Antwerp & Limburg region.

Chris Koenig takes over the showrooms in 2007 and his father’s production company in 2019 after which the company grows strongly. SDM Corporate Finance Group was appointed to find a strong partner to further perpetuate the growth and in the future grow Kovera across the different provinces. Chris will stay on as owner and managing director.
