Multi-Value is a company that assists companies in improving customer experiences through measurement, analysis, coaching and training. In addition to their headquarters in Antwerp, they also have offices in Eindhoven and Hamburg. After thorough reforms in the company’s organizational structure, Mr. Wilbert Kahmann, founding shareholder and former CEO, is passing the torch to a new generation.
At the beginning of 2021, the shares of Martine Verstreken, former CMO and one of the 2 founding shareholders, were transferred to Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck, who has been active in the customer experience sector for many years and is known by customers for his training-oriented approach. Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck is now taking over the remaining shares of Multi-Value in a second phase, with colleagues from the sector. Mr. Wilbert Kahmann remains available to the company in a limited capacity to assist the new shareholders where necessary.
