SDM assists Hugo Decker in sale to Taccx Partners

Accounting firm Hugo Decker, founded in 1986, is a traditional accounting firm from Berlaar.

In order to continue and expand the quality of its services, the former shareholders have decided to transfer the firm. SDM-Valorum has a highly qualified team of specialists who have been working in the accounting and auditing field for 20 years. After studying in strong consultation with the seller, a partnership was formed with Taccx Partners.

Taccx Partners is a Kempian accountancy group with offices in Westerlo, Zandhoven and Wommelgem and is making strong progress. With a clear focus on digitalization, they aim to be a partner for local offices in transition. SDM-Valorum acted as advisor to the seller and supports the buyer in its further development.
