On 31 December 2018, the Luxembourg-based group Stoll Safety acquired 100% of the shares in Guest, based in the Charleroi region. The seller was advised by SDM-Valorum.
Guest offers its clients a wide range of training and consulting services in the field of safety (fire, first aid, etc.) and operates its own training center near Charleroi. Its client base mainly consists of multinationals in the food, chemical and construction materials sectors. The company was founded by Liliane Ceraulo, who sought to ensure the continuity of Guest by aligning with a partner that shares both a similar activity scope and strong quality focus.
Stoll Safety also provides safety training in Luxembourg and is active in the distribution and annual inspection of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, reels, automatic extinguishing systems, evacuation plans, and more.
William Vermeersch, CEO of Stoll Safety, stated:
