SDM accompanies management buyout at Aarschot-based strategic marketing & consulting company Nmg

Following the appointment in 2019 of an external CEO, Nmg’s shareholders Andy Coomans and Daisy Nys are now taking the next step.

The current management team consisting of CEO Wim Peeters, Sales Director Bert Reymen and IT & Development Director Stijn Verbruggen will take over the majority of the shares. Andy and Daisy will continue to coach the company as minority shareholders.

Furthermore, Andy will focus on his activity as a speaker at the Carl Van de Velde training institute. SDM-Valorum assisted Nmg and the shareholders in working out this transaction.
