In 2013, Jimmy Van den Rul started his own company specializing in ventilation ducts. After the successful sale of this, Jimmy’s entrepreneurial blood quickly began to bubble again and when he noticed a shortage of quality players on the insulation market, he seized this opportunity with both hands: in August 2017, Isoworx was founded, focusing exclusively on the insulation of HVAC systems in a B2B context.

Over the years, the company grows at lightning speed to a player of +3m EUR turnover and more than 20 employees, making it one of the bigger players on the market. Typical customers of Isoworx are HVAC players and construction companies, but increasingly on large projects they also work directly for the end customer. Good project management and highly responsive customer follow-up are the key ingredients for successful growth.

Through this Small Deal, Jimmy wants to take the next step in Isoworx’s growth story. Besides Jimmy, his right-hand man and chief calculator Bert Camps will also acquire a share in the new structure. The company will also be strengthened with a network of 20 investors and a professional board of directors. SDM-Valorum supervised the Small Deal from A to Z, completely relieving the entrepreneur.
