ARCH Group, based in Zaventem, is active in consulting and project sourcing. It specializes in change management and assists its clients with issues related to complex transformations in light of technological or organizational changes and strategy implementation. The company is led by 4 senior associates: Bert Kuypers, Jan Van Laer, Bert Van Daele and Frans Beckers.
To accelerate the company’s development, ARCH Group was looking for a strategic partner with the same vision who could strengthen them in 4 areas: people, markets, service offering and organization. ARCH Group found in Select Group a partner who could support them in the proposed growth in the areas of employer branding, visibility and brand recognition. Through a buy-out construction, Select Group will become a minority shareholder and 6 promising employees of the next generation will be involved in the capital, in addition to a few individual investors. The transaction thus partly aims to further ensure the transition to the next generation.
