Select Group acquires a majority stake in Dutch company Home of Recruitment. With this acquisition Select Group strengthens its position on the Dutch market within the pillar ‘Recruitment & Selection’. This acquisition was again achieved with the assistance of SDM Corporate Finance Group.
Home of Recruitment was established in 2022 as a result of a strategic rebranding. The already existing brand Salesrecruiters, market leader in recruitment and selection of sales profiles since 2007, was integrated into this group, to which the brand Marketingrecruiters (created in 2022) was later added. Within Home of Recruitment, there is room to expand into other segments in the same way. At the different brands of Home of Recruitment almost 50 employees work from two locations: Zoetermeer & Schiphol-Rijk.
It is the people, processes and culture that make Home of Recruitment a success. Recruiters at Salesrecruiters speak the same language as the candidates they recruit and the hiring managers at the clients. Similarly, their background allows the experts at Marketingrecruiters to select and match the stars among marketing professionals with organizations looking to grow.
