Group Achiel De Witte takes over Vanderpooten-Anckaert BV

Group Achiel De Witte, one of the largest wholesalers of fruit and vegetables in Belgium, with a turnover of almost 300 million euros, is taking over the business of Vanderpooten-Anckaert BV, with activities in Brussels, Vlezenbeek, Sint-Katelijne-Waver & Overijse, via its subsidiary Bollaerts Primeurs NV.

The two companies will continue to work together in the future under the name “Vanderpooten-Primeurs NV”. All 20 employees and 4 directors of the company will remain on board and will continue the established customer and supplier relationships together with Group Achiel De Witte.
