Ebema, manufacturer of high-quality concrete solutions with branches in Zutendaal and Rijkevorsel is taking a strategic stake in Eurodal of Grobbendonk. Eurodal is active in the public market, the project market and the private market, mainly with the production and placement of high-quality floor slabs in concrete. They also innovate with solutions for water management such as Hydrops and Vélonet. Ebema and Eurodal choose this integration to strengthen the market position of both companies and come out stronger together. With the main point being that customers will benefit.
The result is a collaboration that is 100% Belgian and 200% family. The new group will have over 250 employees at the Zutendaal, Grobbendonk and Rijkevorsel sites. Ebema has a turnover of EUR 49 million and Eurodal turns over EUR 8 million. It is targeting a growth trajectory based on quality, innovation and customer focus.
This is not an acquisition, but a participation by two companies on an equal basis. A participation that is a sign of hope and faith in the future. A positive sign in a period of economic slowdown due to the Covid-19 coronavirus.
