Cordeel Group, together with SDM Corporate Finance Group and the management of Imtech, has achieved a strategic capital reinforcement via the Smart Deal platform. This provides Imtech with the necessary resources and a broader shareholder base to accelerate its growth and innovation.
With this deal, Cordeel Group remains the reference shareholder, and Imtech’s position as a leading technical installation company is further anchored within the group. At the same time, external investors are joining to support the continued professionalisation and strategic strength of Imtech.
