AWSystems secures future with new shareholder and leadership continuity

AWSystems, a leading distributor of ARCON radio-controlled remote controls, has successfully taken a strategic step to ensure the company’s continuity. Patrick Vanderbeken and Luc Coppens, the company’s owners, have, in collaboration with SDM, found a suitable successor in Björn Van den Broeck.

Patrick Vanderbeken will remain active as a shareholder and, together with Björn Van den Broeck, will continue to lead the company. Additionally, Luc Coppens stays on board for the coming years to ensure a seamless transition and knowledge transfer.
