Olivier Coeman and Giovanni Van Bael, managers and founders of All Fields, learned the ropes of their trade literally in the field.  In 2013 they started a small startup together, from a tiny container. By carrying out all projects themselves from A to Z, the focus was mainly on technical implementation. A successful approach, as it turned out. The small container was soon exchanged for its own offices and warehouses, amounting to more than 6,000 square meters.

All Fields thus quickly grew into a leading SME that successfully completes marketing assignments all over Europe. Not only the physical expansion but also the transformation from field marketing company to the status of total service provider in retail made All Fields grow at double digits in recent years.

As a result, in 2021 they turned over nearly 6m EUR in sales. Their clients include the biggest names in the retail industry.  The company results speak volumes and were recognized by a 7° place at the Trends Gazelles 2021, Province of Antwerp. Although multiple projects have been carried out in Europe for several years, the management duo is getting ready for the next challenge. “We make no secret of the fact that we are working on setting up a Dutch subsidiary,” Olivier tells us.

This Smart Deal supports Olivier and Giovanni’s ambition to grow in their current markets and sectors and accelerate their conquest of the Dutch market.  In this way, the shareholding of the young operating partners has been aligned and a structure has been set up that allows (new) management to join the capital in the future.  In addition, the entrepreneurs can now also call on a strong and experienced network of investors with capabilities to assist them to achieve this accelerated growth both in terms of financing and knowledge.  SDM supervised the Smart Deal from A to Z, completely unburdening the entrepreneurs.
