Kempish entrepreneur Gert Aerts has acquired 100% of the shares of Group Tempac of Herentals. The seller was assisted in this transaction by SDM-Valorum.

Tempac is a leader in industrial & private metalworking and laser cutting of sheets and tubes. The company was founded in 1983 by Frans Wuyts, at that time it was one of the first companies in Belgium to act as a supplier of laser cutting for manufacturers of metal structures. Since 2017, the shares and operational management of the group have been held by Kim Wuyts, son of. After the takeover, Kim and Gert will jointly take on the operational management of the group, with the aim of continuing the beautiful growth trajectory of recent years. Tempac will continue to serve its customers from its current location and with the existing team of motivated employees.
