SDM Corporate Finance Group accompanies Sedco in its Smart Deal and acquisition of Daldecor.
Sedco and Daldecor, both distributors of high-quality floor and wall coverings on the Belgian market, are merged under a Smart Deal construction with the aim of achieving further expansion in the distribution of quality floors and walls in Belgium.
Sedco’s geographic spread is expanded with a strong presence on the Brussels market through the acquisition of Daldecor. The driven team, focused on B2B sales, will in future serve customers from 5 different points of sale/exhibition halls, always striving for maximum service. In addition, the Smart Deal facilitates a transfer at board level to several members of the 5th generation of the Schelfhout – Donners family.
SDM Corporate Finance Group supervised Sedco’s Smart Deal from A to Z, whereby the Schelfhout-Donners family was completely relieved of any concerns.
