IT Provider Group joins hands with DVIT from Erpe-Mere. With this acquisition, IT Provider Group gets additional expertise and knowledge on board. The 15 employees of DVIT, under the expert leadership of David Van Impe, will continue to operate from Erpe-Mere.
Since 2002, David Van Impe has impressively built DVIT into a solid IT company, realizing a turnover of 3m EUR in 2022. Both David and Bart Verhelst (CEO and reference shareholder of IT Provider Group) are convinced that the cooperation will further strengthen the company and will ensure a bright future for both clients and employees of DVIT.
With this acquisition, IT Provider Group grows to a team of 35 employees and thus strengthens its position within the Flemish IT landscape with branches in Tielt (IT Provider), Erpe-Mere (DVIT) and Zaventem (Lovatech). In the coming months, the 3 companies will be further integrated with each other to maximize synergies and to strengthen the common vision, being the unburdening of Belgian SMEs in terms of ICT infrastructure so they can fully focus on their own core business.
