European Truck Trailer Parts (ETTP), active in the global trade of truck and trailer parts, is opening a new chapter focused on sustainable growth and succession. Founders Patrick Hendrickx and Isabelle Vandevelde have decided to transfer part of the company to their son Anthony Hendrickx and another part to buy-in manager Jens Vanhemens. This transaction ensures the continuity of the company and lays a solid foundation for the future.

ETTP has long been a reference in the selection, purchase, and distribution of parts for trucks and trailers. From its base in Roeselare, the company serves an international customer base in more than 75 countries and achieves an annual turnover of €35 million. Thanks to a broad supplier network and deep technical expertise across its entire range, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, ETTP has become a trusted global partner for its customers.

The entry of Anthony Hendrickx and Jens Vanhemens marks an important step in the company’s growth story. Anthony has been active in the business for several years and brings extensive expertise regarding the market, product range, and customers. Jens contributes both commercial and financial experience, complementing the team and supporting the company in its next growth phase.

“For me, it is important that the values on which ETTP was built: reliability, expertise, and customer service, are preserved,” says Patrick Hendrickx. “With Anthony and Jens, I am confident that the company is in excellent hands to continue building a strong future.”

ETTP will continue to operate under its current name, ensuring the continuity of its services. Thanks to the complementary strengths of Anthony and Jens, the company will focus on further digitalization, supply chain optimization, and expansion into new markets.

SDM Corporate Finance Group (West Flanders team) guided the transaction from start to finish, in collaboration with Van Olmen & Wynant, ensuring that the founders were fully supported and the new shareholders optimally assisted in launching this new chapter.
